I started kiting about 3 years ago, when one of Michelle's friend said that they were going to Royston Kite Festival (Yes there was wind in 2001). At that time he was flying a Stacker 6, Proteam 8 and a Super 10. I had a go and was hooked straight away. I got a Proteam 8 for my birthday that year. My next kite was a Stacker 6 to join onto the Proteam 8.

Then one day Michelle and I met up with her friend on Coldhams Common and this time he had a 4.9 Blade2, That was it, I was now hooked on 4 line kites. My first 4 liners was a 3m Firebee.

For my Christmas present in 2002, Michelle paid for a Kite Buggying lesson, since then I wanted to get a buggy. but only recently had the funds to get one, and now the proud owner of a PL Comp XR.

Michelle and I share our Kites and our Kite bag has grown over the years to.
