Grumpster here,
I wouldn’t say I
was a flatulent lad but maybe my mom did! She wanted me out of the house
most of the time. So I got my first Kite, this was back in 94. Those days
were tame and refreshing.
A step up in kite technology and a few years later. I was the proud owner
of a Flexi Proteam 8.
Funniest thing was the handle did not match. But having got over the
flatulence I was allowed in to shops and asked about this. Had I thought
about it I would have probable come to the conclusion that it is actually
a good idea being able to tell the difference between left and right
lines. But this is still no good because my hands aren’t colour coded.
As the wind starting dying down due to global warming I had a birthday
coming up and I added a blade 3.3 to my kite bag.
What a feeling, I felt alive. Another kite that was bigger than me.
I still feel alive but now that the years have past and I have larger 4
line traction kites.
I may be living my life on a gust that is tempted to make me smell the
flowers..
