I flew small single line kites when I was a kid as everyone does, but have only been flying "real" kites for about the last two years.

This started while my boyfriend Tim (Mystyc) and I were in New Zealand when he took a Kite Surfing course. When we came back to Britain he bought a 4.9m Blade2 and a Mountain board soon afterward..

I have been Boarding, when Tim will let me have his board, mainly for the last year although this hasn't been all that frequent...

Luckily I have had no real injuries or even big accidents to speak of, so I guess I still have that to look forward to....

To date the largest Kite I have flown is Skydudes 8.5m Blade3 but only in light(ish) winds, Hopefully when Tim gets his next kite it will be even bigger...then I've just got to convince him to let me have a go..
